Jonathan Abraham
Co-Founder

Jonathan Abraham is a seasoned kids’ distribution and licensing executive with deep expertise in building global franchises. He helped grow the international division at Guru Studio, overseeing content sales and launching major consumer products programs for True and the Rainbow Kingdom and Pikwik Pack. With experience across all licensing categories, including toys, publishing, apparel, and music, Jonathan has secured deals with top partners including Netflix, Playmates Toys, Warner Music, and Scholastic. He brings a strategic and hands-on approach to franchise development, grounded in both media and manufacturing expertise.

Hannah Dubcoff
Co-Founder

Hannah Dubcoff is an accomplished entertainment executive known for her work in global content distribution and franchise development. She has played a key role in the success of major animated brands including Miraculous Ladybug, Alvinnn!!! & the Chipmunks, The Little Prince, and Baby Einstein. Fluent in French and Japanese, Hannah has built multicultural partnerships across France, China, Brazil, Germany, Japan, and beyond. She advises top studios and rights holders on how to adapt and expand their IP into 360-degree ecosystems, with a focus on animated content, international strategy, and long-term brand growth.
